How the Multimedia sections work (VERY IMPORTANT-READ THIS, OK???): Your humble webmistress is well aware that you can stream .mpg, .wav and .mp3 files directly from the 'Net these days, but we run into a teeny-tiny problem called BANDWITH DATA TRANSFER. Most web hosting providers give you xGB bandwidth free per month. After that, you GOTTA pay and/or have access to the website blocked, and believe us, after hearing about the trials and tribulations of bandwidth from her room-mate, the Video Vixen, our webmistress wants NO PART of that nightmare. Bad News: In order to keep bandwidth down, there will only be a limited amount of multimedia(audio and video files) content on Y2J Compliant. You will also need to DOWNLOAD the file onto your local hard drive. All video files in Video section will be in .zip format, which means you need to download WinZip or some other program that allows you to unzip .zip type files. It still eats bandwith, but it only eats it ONCE and you can have a copy of your very own, instead of trying to stream it everytime you want to see it. For those of you who want to link to these videos and sound files, PLEASE DON'T! Link to this page instead, it will be easier for all involved. GOOD News: Said multimedia will be ROTATED every two weeks, to keep giving you more stuff, more UNIQUE stuff and hopefully keep all you raving Jericholics visiting on a regular basis. We have access to most of the oldie-but-goodie stuff...but this is Y2J Compliant, baby! Why settle for moldy oldies, when you can get the newest wisecracks our Paragon of Virtue has to offer!!
